Nama pada kad kredit yang telah digunakan untuk tempahan perlu sama dengan nama tetamu yang menginap di tempat penginapan ini. Bagi tempahan yang dibuat oleh pihak ketiga, anda perlu melengkapkan borang kebenaran serta mengemukakan salinan dokumen pengenalan diri dan kad kredit pemilik tersebut.
