This residence is an iconic boutique Studio Condo located in the Kuching City area with 24/7 security. Beautifully designed with a modern contemporary interior of Sarawak cultural classic style with the picturesque view of Kuching City. This unit comes with excellent amenities including a Public Gym and Pool with great views of the Sarawak River.
Although the property is small, the entire space is filled with amenities that guests need. The room is full of surprises, with delightful views, arts paintwall, decorations, amenities, free food and drinks for guests to relax and enjoy. Our hospitality is designed for the comfort of our guests, providing surprising, immersive, and unforgettable memories to feel relaxing and belonging.
