In Dec 2024 Christian installed a pool heating and cooling unit, ensuring the pool is warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. • Christian had a gorgeous mural painted next to the pool by the top muralist in PV! • There's soft lighting in the backyard, providing a very relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. • Guests are welcome to use the barbecue area whenever they like.

I'm originally from Seattle, Washington, where I lived until 2019. In the fall of 2019 I moved to Long Beach, California, where I lived out the beginning of the pandemic. In January 2021 I purchased the Residences by Pinnacle condo in Puerto Vallarta, and began renting it out. I eventually moved to Puerto Vallarta in August 2021. I currently live in the Versalles neighborhood, very close to Plaza Caracol. Although I have a full-time remote job in the US, I'm also a local actor in Puerto Vallarta, having been in three plays since 2023.
