We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. Please note that these are not replenished. A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. There are surveillance devices around the property. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement. HOUSE RULES: - A maximum of 3 visitors per day - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300 Dollars penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. - Please note that there will be a fine of 5,000.00 MXN if all guest IDs are not sent at least one day in advance. CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 3 PM UNTIL 10 PM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN AFTER THIS TIME. CHECK-OUT TIME IS BEFORE 11:00 AM.
