- To check in to your accommodation with us, it is necessary that you send us, prior to your arrival, photo IDs for all guests included in your reservation. If you have children or minors, please specify the number of minors.
- This is a place designed for families, so excessive noise and parties are prohibited. After 10:00 pm, noise that disrupts the rest of the guests should no longer be heard. - No one or any of the guests who are not registered on the reservation is allowed to enter.
- Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Cigarette butts and ashes are the smoker's responsibility. Please do not leave any residue in any area.
- A welcome kit is provided, including toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Cleaning, linen changes, and restocking of the kit is only done weekly (every 8th) for stays longer than 7 days. If you require any extras, we will be happy to provide them (additional cost).
- Daily cleaning, dishwashing service, and linen replacement are not included. Should you require them during your stay, they will be available for an additional charge. Please request them in advance.
