Beautiful new house 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Located in a gated subdivision with 24/7 security, featuring two shared swimming pools with showers, dressing room, BBQ grills, basketball court yard, soccer field and kid’s area. The house has a private back yard with personal BBQ grill, comfortable shade, spacious cooking area, nice garden table, special designated smoking area at the front. Located only 6 minutes from Bonita Beach. We offer self check in trough key lock box. Sleep comfortably up to 10 people. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. 2nd room has a Queen bed, 3th room has two twin beds. Sitting room has a sofa-bed with two twin mattress and smart TV. We have AC units in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, sink and everything you need to prepare food. We will leave you water, sugar, cream and cookies to enjoy. We provide linen and towels as well as shampoo and liquid soap. High speed Wi-Fi throughout the house Located 100 meters from Puerto Penasco's main avenue (Ave. Benito Juarez), next to Sams and Aurrerá. Around the corner there is a Little Caesar’s, Cinepolis

Only three houses down you will find our wonderful STARFISH Maeva Residencial 2-bedroom house, right across from the pool and kid's area, for up to 8 people owned by the same friendly host. Full access to the entire house and its front porch. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Enjoy the pools, kid's area, basketball court and BBQ areas from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Common areas are shared with condo owners The regulation of the property indicates that a low level of sound should be maintained after 10:00 pm, for consideration of the residents, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the common areas or inside the pool as well as smoking inside the house. Friendly neighbors make your stay unique. Taxi service available.
