Property information

Welcome! Casa Iola is a quiet and spacious place, it has a large garden with a small swimming pool and a palapa terrace that makes you comfy and chilly. Although the house is not close to the centre there are many activities to do, places with great food and drinks, have coffee or take a walk around our neighbourhood over Huayacan Boulevard. Our place is great for those who need relaxation. We are so happy to be your host and share with you.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood comprises apartments and residences, but if you want to find interesting places walk all along Huayacan Avenue there are a variety of restaurants, malls, convenience stores coffee shops and bars. The accommodation is located 11 km from Cancun International Airport, from Playa Delfines and The Rey archaeology zone - a tourist attraction - is 28 km away. Cumbres Shopping Mall you’ll find Walmart, Sam's Club, drugstores, banks and ATMs, carwash, restaurants, and more. It is 1.7km from Casa Iola.
