Large and modern 3 bed 3 bathroom split level villa with large outdoor spaces and private balconies. Shared area is kitchen and laundry room. Gym and yoga studio on site for guests.
I am a long term resident of Cabo San Lucas and I enjoy hosting visitors from around the world. I am a health nut: Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Reverse Aging Coach.
The Pedregal Community is an excellent location for people who want to be close to all activities, beaches, restaurants, nightclubs but have peace and quiet also. We have free tennis and pickle ball courts, a private beach, beautiful hikes and walks and no traffic to ruin it for you. Locals refer to this gated community as the "Beverly Hills" of Cabo because of the large mansions and villas you will find here. Uber is permitted here in Pedregal and it is not necessary to rent a car as everything is within walking distance.
