As the Pictures show my space is not fancy but is confortable and very clean is on the 3 level and the building is tranquile , ill provide you with all necesary if you whan to cook ,air condition in both bedrooms
About me im very tranquile i live next door but most all the time im working anyway i cant guide you and aswer all your doubs ill try to do my best to help you and make you feel confortable
Punta Sam área stiil is a very tranquile zone if you looking for relaxing area and also you whan a be no yo far away from downtown,this is the ideal place if you whan to visit isla mujeres that is a very beutiful area you can enjoy the amaizing color of the sea right in front the apartament The ferry that goes there is located and is the cheapest only 7us round trip,Also near at the zone you can try diferents seafood restaurants with ocean view i recomend marbella that is close to puerto juarez where cancun stared 45 years ago fishing area,for catholics theres a church no to far away open adn ocean view,right in front theres a small mayan ruins area that called the meco .you can gogle
