A new and stylish block of the apartments. Situated in an excellent residential location, within walking distance to the San Paul's Bay promenade, beaches, cafes, bus routes and all amenities. The small and nice sandy beach is just 2 minutes away from the doorstep! Ideal for a family holiday or travelling with friends. The cozy, 55 square metre apartment with elevator access, is comfortably designed with all of the modern-day amenities. It includes a spacious living and dining area with a fully functional, open-plan kitchen. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa double bed in the living room. The property has one en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bedroom, and one bathroom with a toilet and sink, accessible from the living room. Guests also have access to two balconies with street views. The place is fully air-conditioned. You can connect to the world effortlessly at our place, with high-speed WiFi, a flatscreen with Smart TV functionality, and lots of local and international TV channels to choose from. The property accommodates up to four guests, so it is ideal for small families or groups of friends who want a comfortable place to stay. The property is located at the heart of San Paul's Bay, the biggest city in Malta! You can cross the road and walk down the street Sqaq tax-Xamå to a small sandy beach Il-Bajja tax-Xama, which is right at the beginning of the San Paul’s Bay promenade. Following the promenade, you can find authentic local cafes, and restaurants, as well as local artisan and souvenir shops. Along the promenade, there’s also an abundance of rocky beaches. After about a 15-20 minute walk along the promenade, you’ll find yourself at Bugibba Bay, located just on your left. The bus stops in both directions are just 100 m away from the property. The bus stop name is TONN. You can take bus 223 in the Bugibba direction and get off at Cerna or the 221 and get off at Rizzi. In 10 minutes, you’ll arrive in Bugibba Square. This place is perfect for meeting all your holiday needs: you can find lots of chic cafes and ice-cream parlours, cozy little souvenir shops, a variety of local restaurants for anything you may want to eat, as well as plenty of pubs and other entertainment in the area. This is also where you’ll find mini-markets and convenience stores for all your household needs. There are several mini-markets & grocery shops about 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by walk along Triq San Pawl. The nearest supermarket is Piscopo Cash&Carry, and you can get there in about 10 minutes on any bus going in the Bugibba direction. If you want to see what else Malta has to offer, you can take bus 222 towards Sliema and get off at Spinola or one of the earlier stops, to end up in St. Julians. St. Julians is one of the most well-known touristic locations in Malta, with an abundance of places to eat and activities to try. You can be sure that you’ll find something to do here! If you fancy a night out, then head into Paceville, right in the centre of town, for an unforgettable nightlife experience. Another popular location is Ghadira bay - a huge sandy beach with a very shallow shoreline which gradually gets deeper. It is especially great for children, which makes it perfect for a family beach day! You can get there in about 10 minutes by catching either the 41, 221 or 222 towards Cirkewwa.
