Charming 200 sqm penthouse, accommodating up to 6 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator.
The property is located in Malta, on the island of Gozo, in a location that offers every comfort and service. The nearest beaches are just steps away from the apartment, and its location allows for easy access to the island of Comino and the splendid Blue Lagoon.
The accommodation consists of a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sea-view terrace with a jacuzzi!
The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, walk-in closet, and PRIVATE BATHROOM with sink, shower, and toilet;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, clothes rack, and dresser;
- BEDROOM 3 with queen-size bed, clothes rack, and dresser;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;
- TERRACE (accessible from the living room and bedroom 1) with whirlpool tub and sun loungers;
- BALCONY (accessible from bedroom 3).
ADDITIONAL GUEST SERVICES: hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedrooms), washing machine (in the kitchenette), clothesline, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The property does NOT have Wi-Fi.
- Please note that the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, which is smaller than a standard double bed.
- Please note that there is NO bidet in the private bathroom of the first room.
- There are three steps to access the elevator.
- The elevator is NOT suitable for wheelchair users.

Malta is an archipelago in the heart of the Mediterranean, famous for its crystal-clear sea, mild climate, and a history that combines Arab, Italian, and British influences. The main island is home to fortified cities such as Valletta, with its Baroque palaces and museums, but the smaller islands of Gozo and Comino offer a more authentic and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for those who love nature and the sea.
In Gozo, one of the most popular destinations is Marsalforn, a picturesque fishing village that has become a lively summer resort. Here there is a sandy beach and coves perfect for swimming and snorkeling, while the seafront is lined with restaurants, bars, and cafes with sea views. Nearby are the picturesque Xwejni Salt Pans and the beautiful Ramla Bay with its reddish sand. Thanks to its central location and connections to Victoria, Marsalforn is an excellent base for exploring Gozo.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Marsalforn, with beaches on your doorstep and restaurants and bars within walking distance. From here, it is easier to reach Comino and the Blue Lagoon, as it is closer than the departure point from Malta.
- To reach the apartment from Malta International Airport, take a shuttle to Valletta. From there, take a ferry to the island of Gozo and continue on bus 322 to the Sajjied stop, about 8 minutes from the apartment.
- If you're traveling by car, free parking is available near the property.
