The block of apartments is just a few meters away from the sea. The penthouse has a large terrace with patio furniture where you can enjoy a lovely meal, or even a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine, while enjoying the amazing picturesque view of the sunset setting in on the beautiful Xlendi bay that will certainly take your breath away. The other apartments have a balcony overlooking the same spectacular view. From the terrace and balconies you can see all of Xlendi, from the valley, to the cliffs and the clear blue Mediterranean sea. The apartments are located within a very quiet area, yet few minutes walk away to the waterfront with bars and restaurants. The private apartments are all spacious and comfortable, all enjoying a private balcony with seaview, a flat screen tv with cable, free wifi and airconditon. the air-condition

Xlendi is home to the best restaurants on the island. The closest restaurant is a five minute walk away and is one of my favourite restaurants. In Xlendi you are spoilt for choice for award winning, good value for money restaurants serving mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine, plenty of bars, cafeterias, and ice-cream parlours- all a short walk away from the apartment. There is also a mini-market which has everything you might need for your holiday. This is a very quiet neighbourhood. From the balcony, one can hear the tides, birds chirping and the occasional boat passing by. The area is a very quiet and peaceful one from where you can enjoy fresh air. Rarely does a car go by. Yet, if you like the hustle and bustle, it is just a short walk alongside the bay. The bus stop is a few meters away from the apartment with frequent buses to Victoria from where you can get a connected bus to everywhere on the island. For those who prefer to rent a car, there is ample free parking just outside the block.
