The accommodation is composed as follows:

- 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) and open shower
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, high chair and cot.

First floor:
- 20 m² north-west-facing terrace with furniture and Jacuzzi available all year round
- Swimming pool (private, unheated and salted) 4x7m, fenced and open all year round
- Enclosed garden
First floor:
- A 45 m² terrace, facing South-East
- A 50 m² terrace, facing north-west, with furniture and jacuzzi available all year round

- Bed linen and towels included
- All rooms air-conditioned
- Free WiFi (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
