Our typical village house is located in the heart of Le Prêcheur, an authentic village at the foot of Montagne Pelée.
Completely renovated, it offers all the comfort and will allow you to discover the many attractions of the North Caribbean: its lush nature, its waterfalls, its wild beaches, its hikes and its magnificent sunsets.
The beach located 50 m away is part of a coastline classified as a Natural Marine Reserve, offering a very rich marine life to discover by mask and snorkel.
The house is classified as 2-star furnished tourist accommodation and therefore guarantees a good level of comfort.
The house consists of:
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms: The first with a 160 cm double bed and the second with two single beds.
- A shower room with WC.
- A kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Dolcé Gusto® coffee maker, coffee filter and a combined fridge/freezer.
- A living room with a work space (office), a TV with Netflix and WIFI (4G).
- An exterior with terrace, hammock, deckchairs and Weber barbecue.
The surroundings are rather typical, close to the inhabitants, like in the countryside with some sounds of animals, dogs, roosters, pigs, birds...
You can eat at the Mélodie restaurant, open for lunch. You will find two mini markets 50 m away. And all the amenities in the village (Post Office, ATM, Pharmacy, Snack bar).
The black sand beaches of the North Caribbean are among the most beautiful to discover in Martinique. Abymes beach is 50m away and already offers great snorkeling discoveries. In a few minutes you will discover the magnificent beach of Anse Céron, and to the far north, the beach of Anse Couleuvre, starting point for several hikes.
A change of scenery guaranteed!

Le Prêcheur is a charming fishing village at the foot of the majestic Montagne Pelée (classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Known for its authenticity and picturesque setting, the village offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and is home to a unique black sand beach: Plage des Abymes. It owes its name to a very impressive phenomenon to observe: just a few meters from the edge there is an impressive drop-off.
In addition, the entire Prêcheur coastline is protected (Falco Nature Reserve). The marine fauna and flora is therefore very developed and can easily be observed with a mask and snorkel.
The surrounding area is full of major tourist points of interest such as Anse Couleuvre and its numerous hiking trails, Habitation Céron, Saint-Pierre, Carbet, Le Morne-Rouge, Fonds-Saint-Denis.
Ideal for nature lovers, Le Prêcheur is surrounded by unspoiled beaches and lush tropical forest.
