Please note that for non-refundable reservations, guests are not allowed to amend names.

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee and settle the payment.

Please note that the name on the credit card used to guarantee the booking, must be the same as the guests' name. This will be verified upon check-in. If it does not match, prepayment will be refunded and required a new payment at check-in.

If you are using someone else’s credit card to make a booking, please make sure you bring along a 3rd party payment authorization letter with cardholder’s signature, copy of credit card and ID or passport copy at the time of check-in. Without those copies, guest will be required to make payment and a refund will be issued if necessary.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Wynn Macau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of HK$ 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
