Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place near Naadam stadium at the 22nd floor of the Tsengeldekh apartment complex and has great panaromic view to the Bogd Khan mountain, Zaisan Hill and the whole city of Ulaanbaatar.
The space
The best and most modern apartment building in the area. Living room has 3 windows 🪟, which faces south and west, therefore receive sunlight 🌞 all day. stylish 🛋️ and has modern furniture and setting such as:
1. High speed internet: Wi-Fi 🛜
2. Mountain view: great view to the Bogd Khan 🏔️ mountain, Zaisan Hill🗽 and the whole city 🏙️ from top floor
3. Dobu ,🏠smart home: you can call elevator, security from home.
4. Smart lock 🔐: self check-in. you can unlock the apartment with touch keypad.
5. Green 💚 environment: tropical green live (and fake 😆) house plants 🪴are in the living room windowsill.
6. Cozy 🛏️ bedroom with queen👑 size bed and comfortable double layer memory foam mattress.
7. Air cooler: Has portable device that 💨blow the hot 🥵 air out then humidify and cool ❄️at the same time for your convenience.
8. Fullsize 🍱 Kitchen with kitchen appliances and dining area can serve up to 4 people.
9. Bathroom has 🛁 bathtub equipped with 🚿 shower head.
10. Hallway 🚪 has full length 🪞 mirror and wardrobe 👗 to be dressed and ready for the day.

I'm minimalist and can hang out with any type of person. Life is short. enjoy every moment of it.
Located near Chinggis avenue. neighborhood is busy and modern. walking distance (15-20min) to the city center and Parliament building. Zaisan Hill, National park and Bogd Khan museum are all near by.
