The Sunset Van Suite is a brand-new, exclusive unit on the 1st floor (street side), ideal for two guests. It features a premium KING-size bed, designer (non-convertible) sofa, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a practical corner with fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with walk-in shower, soft towels, toiletries, and hairdryer. You have free access to the shared beachfront terrace with sunbeds and sea view. The beach is just steps away — white sand, no seaweed, perfect for swimming or sunset strolls. Outdoor shower available. Note: no kitchen, but everything is nearby. Walk to fine dining, local eateries (lolos), beach bars, bakeries, shops and water activities. Breakfast, brunch, massage, kayak, or paddle delivery available. New, secure beachfront residence with backup generator. IMPORTANT : There is no on-site parking. You can park across the street or at a nearby lot.
