Novosagrađena zgrada sa liftom, koja se u potpunosti uklapa u ambijent i okolinu u kojoj se nalazi. Objekat je sagrađen u skladu sa svim standardima i uz poštovanje svih propisa gradnje. Zgrada se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini glavne ulice koja vodi ka Crnom jezeru. U sklopu objekta se nalazi i tradicionalni restoran sa baštom.
Crno jezero se nalazi na svega 1km udaljenosti od smještaja i do njega se može doći šetnjom kroz očaravajuću prirodu.
Postoje i razne šetačke staze koje vode do nekoliko jezera u oblasti nacionalnog parka kao i nekoliko vrhova planinskog vijenca Durmitor.
Moguće je iznajmiti i bicikl za sjajne biciklističke ture po nacionalnom parku i oko samog grada Žabljaka.
Postoje opcije organizacije i rezervacije Jeep safari tura "Durmitorski prsten" krug oko masiva Durmitora.
Moguće je rezervisati i splavarenje rijekom Tarom, kao i kanjonig ture kroz kanjon Nevidio.
