We offer 4 modern, newly equipped apartments with wonderful views of the park, the city, the sea. Apartments are different in height, size, views: 40M2 - 201, park and terrace views, orientation - west, 2nd floor, 2 - 4 guests. 45M2 - 412, city and church views, orientation - east, 4th floor, 2 - 4 guests. 70M2 - 812, park and sea views, orientation - west, 8th floor, 2 - 5 guests. 90M2 - 810, park and sea views, orientation - west, 8th floor, 2 - 7 guests. All apartments are located in "Pajurio Residence" building at S. Daukanto 10, Palanga city center. In a very convenient location, 200 meters from the main street, 400 meters from the sea, the complex is surrounded by a park with secure free parking and a garage near the house. Our team values peace and comfort of the guests! For breakfast we recommend Baltic In Hotel, located 40 meters away, for an additional charge of 10 EU per person, 8 EU per child. Neighbourhood information

The sea is 400 meters walking distance, the most beautiful sites to visit are Birutes parkas and Amber museum are close by. The best way to explore Palanga is by bicycles, this way you can see all the hidden parts. The main Basanaviciaus street is just 1 minute away, as well as super market for any supply you require. There are many restaurants and bars in the area to have breakfast or any meal during the day.
