“前台年轻小哥全程服务态度很好，很惊喜的是我们向他借伞想去霍顿平原，并且告诉他如果回来酒店堵车我们可能不考虑回来了无法还他伞，他居然说没关系他的伞可以送给我，这种友好让我太意外了，过意不去我还是支付了他一些钱希望能尽量减少他的损失。 早餐很好吃，也按我们要求进行了打包，非常好的员工和厨师。 房间也很干净，一开始安排错了房间，但很快小哥就给换好了，床大，被子厚，睡得很舒服。 酒店还提供司机房，还贴心的给我们司机提供了一份早餐。”
