Being the son of an artist and a musician, I do everything from the creative side. I'm picky about details and I like everything to be organized. I love communication. I believe that communication between people opens up new bridges.

Property information

The house in which we are located carries the historical spirit of the city. All our apartments have a view of a quiet square with the famous fountain "Nedelka" and the theater of opera and ballet. So, being in the very center of the city, you will not hear the city bustle.

Neighbourhood information

Situated in the historical heart of Almaty, Opera Apartments provides a fully remodeled luxury accommodation with a contemporary design, featuring modern bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, comfortable custom beds, fully stocked kitchens and walk-in closets. Its walkable proximity to all major attractions and the restaurants city has to offer makes apartments unique... If you are into outdoors and want to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings ( famous ice skating rink Medeo is 30 min away) and and the property can arrange a bicycle rental service. Shymbulak is 17 km from the apartment, while Abay Opera House is a 200 meters away. Ski and Ice Skate by day, have a dinner and visit Opera in the evening and hit the bars at night – all in one day if you stay with us.
