For security reasons, we do not accept luggage storage prior to check-in. We do not provide disposable toothbrushes to reduce the amount of plastic. We do not provide cleaning or towel change for consecutive nights. Please refrain from using perfume or incense in your room. If the smell remains and it takes time to restore the room to its original condition, we may charge you for the restoration cost. Parking is available for 3 cars on the premises. In winter, only 1-2 parking spaces are available depending on snow conditions. The garage cannot be used to prevent accidents. Please park in the lot outside the building. Please cooperate with snow removal during your stay. If the number of guests changes after making a reservation, please be sure to let us know. If the number of guests is confirmed by the security camera in the wind-removal room, we will charge an additional fee. Please refrain from barbecues and fireworks outside the building to avoid the risk of fire. Please refrain from eating and drinking in front of the building (outdoors) after 8:00 pm, as this may cause a nuisance to the neighbors. No extra bedding is provided.
