“宿泊日の朝、小麦アレルギーがあるのでピザやパスタは食べられない旨を連絡した。自分としては食べられるものを食べるから、残すのももったいないので、出さなくていいですというつもりだったが、わざわざシェフがグルテンフリーパスタを探しに行ってくれ、パンの代わりにリゾットを出してくれた。本当に細やかな心配りで感激した。その他のスタッフの対応も親切でフレンドリーで泊まって本当に癒された。人の優しさに触れた一日だった。”
