The flat is on two levels: the first floor is accessed via an internal staircase. As you enter the house, there is a large living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils), from which you access the two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the living area, going up the stairs, there is access to the large terrace, completely paved with artificial grass and equipped with table and chairs. The heating is autonomous, the air conditioning in the rooms is adjustable, and Wi-Fi reaches the entire space.

Very close to tram and bus stops, which you can take advantage of to reach the major points of interest in the historic centre, as well as the station if you want to take day trips to Venice, Verona or Bologna. The world-famous Cappella degli Scrovegni frescoed by Giotto is only 4 tram stops away and from there you can begin to immerse yourself in the historical atmosphere of Padua, continuing on to Caffè Pedrocchi recognised as the most exclusive venue in the city centre, Palazzo del Bo home to the University of Padua and the Anatomical Theatre, the Salone recognised as the oldest covered market in the world with its shops selling typical products and gastronomic novelties, the Piazze where you can stop for a typical Paduan aperitif with our Spritz and some cicchetto (our typical snacks). And why not continue with an evening stroll in the charming Prato della Valle, Europe's largest elliptical square, from which you can then take the tram back to your flat. It is also convenient for reaching the Fiera (1km), which hosts important exhibitions every year.
