The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The structure consists of a large living area with open kitchen, dining area and relaxation area with sofa, TV and stove to warm up even on winter evenings, the first bedroom with a double bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people and a private bathroom with shower, the second bedroom, also with a double bunk bed served by the second bathroom complete with washing machine and shower. The house has a private covered garage a few meters from the structure which can also be used as a ski/bike storage depending on the season.
