The accommodation measures 105 square meters in total: the larger apartment being 80 square meters and the smaller being 25 square meters. They are furnished in a modern style and feature large windows, spectacular lake views and breathtaking panoramic scenery year-round. The larger space consists of a living room and open kitchen, bathroom with windows, walk-in closet, master bedroom with king size bed and sitting area with sofa and desk. The smaller flat, which has a separate entrance, consists of a bedroom (Queen sized bed) and sitting area with sofa, private bathroom, kitchenette. The particular floor plan, designed as two independent living spaces, is suitable for families, but also ideal for two separate couples and business travelers. For families with kids, we suggest using the sofa bed in the living room of the larger apartment because the second bedroom is in the smaller apartment, with a separate entrance from the outside. A crib or cradle can also be at your disposal, upon request, for infants and toddlers. To provide a high level of privacy we rent both apartments only to members of the same family or traveling group.
