Villa I Due Casali, tucked up on a hill dominating the broad surrounding Umbria greenery, is located a few steps away from Preggio, an 11th-century village. Outer amenities are located in a splendid and attractive position, among green lawns, fruit trees, succulents, and aromatic herbs: the wide saltwater pool equipped with sunbeds, parasols, and a gazebo, a children's playground, and a 5-a-side football pitch. Villa I Due Casali can easily host up to 18 people thanks to its 9 spacious double bedrooms, all equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. Bathrooms on the ground floor are equipped to be easily accessible to disabled people. The main building's ground floor has been conceived as a wide living room where to host convivial and relaxing moments, either sitting down around the dining table or in front of the warmth of the fireplace.
