Indoors: Villa Neranite is spread over three levels, connected by an outdoor path. The main entrance leads to the first unit, featuring a spacious living area with a double sofa bed decorated with warm tones, an open-space kitchen, a bathroom with double showers, and a double bedroom (180 cm) with light-filled windows offering views of the private patio and Mediterranean gardens. Accessible via an outdoor path and staircase, the second level features the swimming pool area, a changing room with a bathroom for guest comfort, along with an outdoor stone-made shower. Following the path through the Mediterranean garden, this suite on the third level features an elegantly appointed double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and breathtaking views of the sea. Additionally, the third level includes another unit that spans two floors. The first floor, accessible from a private patio furnished with lounging furniture, includes a living area with a sofa bed (140 cm), an open-space kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. An external staircase leads to the ground floor, featuring a double bedroom (160 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side, another room includes a double bedroom (180 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, all decorated with bespoke warm-tone furnishings. Outdoors: Villa Neranite has a main gate entrance leading to the Mediterranean garden outdoor areas and features available parking facilities. The garden path and external staircase lead to the shaded patio with a barbecue area and an open kitchen for al fresco dining. The garden extends to the pool area, furnished with sun loungers, a pergola, and an expansive lawn where guests can relax while enjoying stunning views. The property also provides access to the beach through a secondary gate. Due to the stairways leading to different floors, the property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs.
