Perfect for families with small children, teenagers and couples who like to experience the excitement of a seaside holiday in a serene and cosy setting. Comfortable detached villa of about 55 sqm, located in the village Porto Luna l just 2 km from the centre of Villasimius. Set on the hillside and surrounded by a lovely garden, the property is spread over three levels. The ground floor is characterised by an entrance/living room furnished with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a dining area that opens directly onto a furnished portico, ideal for pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air. In the basement, there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower, while on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom, also with shower.

Villasimius is considered the "pearl" of the south-east of our island, its coastline is formed by a wonderful variety of beaches, interspersed with small cliffs and the promontory of Capo Carbonara. The most famous beaches of the coast are Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso and Timi Ama beach.
