Villa il Roseto Redinoce is a portion of Villa with breathtaking views over Procchio's Gulf, extending for 100 sqm and a large sun terrace with umbrella and 2 squares. The dwelling and the panorama have been used to recapture for some fiction shots. The DELITTI DEL BARLUME, completely renovated at the beginning of the year, will have a living room with beautiful views, flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms with all amenities. I am not included in the prices you will find cleaning costs that, unless otherwise indicated (and in this case alert you in time as it will not always be possible to meet your Vs request) will be charged by the tenant before check out. In case you ask for it and you can arrange it all, cleaning will have an additional cost of 300 euros to the customer.
