Hi, I'm Valeria, a Milanese transplanted to Sardinia after my parents fell madly in love with Chia and Villa Ibisco! I lived here all my adolescence years and then left to study abroad. I have been back for 4 years now with my family and I have a farm with a riding stable near Pula: I teach horse riding to adults and children! If you need me I will be at phone call away!

Chia, a lively and bustling tourist resort, offers many possibilities both in summer and winter. There are many beaches to visit: from Su giudeu, a very long beach with both equipped and non-equipped spaces to the "Baia del morto", a small cove reachable only by foot, from the "Arveskida", where they do DJ sets and the best cocktails, to "Tuerredda", the most awarded beach in Italy where you can find both beach restaurants and small bars... For walking lovers there are numerous treks in the area to do: you can visit the Capo Spartivento lighthouse, or go and see the Phoenician towers, you can move to Nora and visit the Phoenician-Punic ruins or go and visit the caves of Is Zuddas, very suggestive! In Chia there are two fairly well-stocked markets: Mongittu, with an adjoining bar and Sirio. If you want more options at a lower cost, don't worry: 20 minutes from the house, in Pula, you can find 3 markets well stocked and with more affordable prices! If you love km 0 food there will be daily places that will sell vegetables and fruit along the road: WORTH IT! try the Chia figs, they are delicious! To eat good raw fish I recommend the "Mirage": an expensive restaurant but which provides an incomparable product. Always to give yourself an unforgettable culinary experience I recommend you try "Is Fradis Minoris", green and red Michelin star, breathtaking location... I WILL NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE ( EXPENSIVE!!! but worth it) If you have small children the restaurant pizzeria Crar'e Luna could be for you: equipped play area right next to where you eat! Always for families with children 15 minutes from Villa Ibisco there is the Adventure park, fun and well organized! For horse riding courses and lessons from 3 years old and up you can come and visit me at the Circolo Ippico Boscovivo!
