The B & B, on three levels, it is located at the center of the town of Villa San Giovanni, near Piazza Rosario, on the Strait of Messina, about 200m from the entrance of the A3 motorway and approximately 250m from the railway station and the landing stage for the FS Sicilia. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Free, with facilities on every floor and in every room. Breakfast, based on typical local products, is served in the common room / relaxation equipped with a TV and small library. During spring and summer time we organize excursions and trekking to GAMBARIE, the most important tourist resort in the province of Reggio, and in all the territory of the National Park of Aspromonte, and boat trips along the splendid COSTA VIOLA and his SCILLA pearl.

Neighbourhood information

strategic point of very considerable importance. The city overlooks the Strait of Messina and its port is the main terminal of the ferry to Sicily. Punta Pezzo, in fact, located in the municipality of Villa, is the point of greatest proximity between the Calabrian and the Sicilian shores and this has made the city an ideal location for the crossing of the Strait.
