This is the perfect holiday villa in Salento, featuring all the most sought-after amenities by our guests: just a few meters from a sandy beach, with large private outdoor spaces, a fenced garden with a relaxing area and a covered pergola for al fresco dining, complete with a built-in BBQ fireplace and a countertop with sink — perfect for your meat and fish grills. Upstairs, reached by a flight of stairs, you’ll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower. The air conditioning unit is centrally located to serve both rooms. This floor also gives access to a panoramic terrace. Facilities include: washing machine, mosquito screens, mains water supply, and two water heaters (one for each floor). The stunning white sandy beach is just 400 meters from the villa — a pleasant walk. This section of beach is free-access, but on both sides you’ll also find equipped beach clubs to choose from. You’ll be amazed by the size and beauty of the beach, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities: from water sports like SUP and kite surfing, to simply relaxing on a mat, dining at a beachside restaurant, or enjoying the vibe of beach clubs with live DJs. The town center and harbor, with its seafood restaurants and lively promenade for evening strolls, are just a 9-minute drive away.
