Maison Antoinette is an old stone farmhouse, typical of the Tuscan countryside, located just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the centre of San Vincenzo. In only a short drive, you can reach the hills, the villages of the Etruscan Coast, and renowned wineries. The interiors and furnishings retain their original rustic style, with exposed beams, wooden furniture, and simple details that tell the story of this place. The property offers three independent apartments – Violetta, Lavanda, and Margherita – ideal for those seeking privacy, comfort, and the pleasure of experiencing Tuscany freely. Outside, a large 5,000 m² garden, surrounded by over 2 hectares of land, is available to all guests. The green areas are shared, creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere among trees, pathways, and shaded corners perfect for reading, chatting, or simply listening to nature. In the garden, you will find outdoor dining tables, ideal for enjoying meals surrounded by greenery. Maison Antoinette is not a luxury resort: it is a simple and welcoming retreat where you can experience the authentic Tuscan atmosphere, far from the noise and close to what truly matters.

Maison Antoinette enjoys an ideal location for exploring San Vincenzo and its surroundings. Just a short walk away, you will find the beach (300 m), the harbour with its promenade, shops, and restaurants (400 m), and the town centre with cafés, grocery stores, and various shops (500 m). Nearby, there is also an outdoor swimming pool, a dog area, a gym, and the train station. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can reach the main attractions of the Etruscan Coast: the Rimigliano Nature Reserve (8 km), the Calidario thermal baths (10 km), the medieval villages of Castagneto Carducci and Suvereto, the beaches of Baratti and Populonia, and the renowned wineries of Bolgheri.
