Villa Bea is located in a panoramic position on top of a hill, a few km from Lisciano Niccone, a small village located in the north-western part of Umbria on the border with Tuscany. Defined as the "green heart of Italy", Umbria offers wonderful glimpses of nature through its natural parks (such as the Monti Sibillini National Park and the Parco del Sole), gentle hills, several lakes (including Lake Trasimeno) and the Marmore Waterfalls. Among the artistic beauties that this area features, the Castle of Lisciano is certainly worth a visit. Built around the 9th-10th century, the castle is situated on the top of the hill overlooking the village. The location of the property is an ideal starting point as it allows you to easily visit the Tuscan and Umbrian beauties in less than an hour, such as: Cortona, Montone, Gubbio, Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia and Assisi.
