Small villa in Porto Rafael in a splendid residential complex with a swimming pool just a few metres from the most beautiful beaches in the north of Sardinia. The area is quiet and silent, surrounded by the characteristic Sardinian rocks and the enchanting Mediterranean maquis that make the environment ideal for those who want to relax. The village is located near the most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda: Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia and Porto Rotondo. When you arrive in Porto Rafael, you will notice the pretty little church of Santa Rita (patron saint of impossibility). The evocative little square frequented by illustrious personalities makes it the hub of the place. A few minutes by car we find Palau, rich in various shops including those with a wide selection of corals. From here it is possible to make excursions to the splendid Maddalena Archipelago, and just 30 minutes away is Santa Teresa di Gallura, also renowned for its daily connections with Corsica. The villa has a private garden that runs around the house on 3 sides. The pool is open from 09:30 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 every day except Monday. It is possible to request a change of sheets and towels during your stay for an extra charge. Crib available for a fee. Tastefully furnished in Sardinian style and complete with every comfort, it is composed as follows: living room with fireplace, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with oven and microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with double sinks and shower box equipped with a hairdryer. Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan with light. On the upper floor (reached by a wooden staircase) there is an attic room, also with air conditioning, consisting of: 2 beds, a French sofa bed, bathroom with window without shower and 2 built-in wardrobes. One of the windows of the room overlooks the small terrace/ solarium from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
