On the first floor a second living room with a work desk, two double bedrooms, a twin room and two bathrooms. The living room and the master bedroom both have direct access to the spacious terrace. In the basement a third living room, laundry room and garage. There is no AC in the house. Electric fans are provided. The tourist tax is collected in cash upon arrival and amounts to euro 1,00 per night per guest over 14.

The villa is located very close to the lake and to many basic services. Every Thursday the traffic flow is modified due to the weekly market but the villa is still accessible both on foot and with a car. Please note that the local paper mill is located in front of the villa and they might carry noisy activities from time to time.
