The apartment is confortable located 40m far from the tram stop. MUSATTI (10-12 minutes) from Venice and, moreover, it provides free park for one car in the price courtyard. Bus to the airport, Chioggia and railways station are 20 far from the apartment. Close to the apartment, guests can find: shops (80m), cafes (80m) , restaurants, bakery, newspaper stores,, tobacco stores, supermarkets (200-400 m), farmacy (300m). The main park of the city "San Giuliano" lies 800m away. The flat lies at the first floor and - with its 2 wide rooms - it is perfect for four adults. The bathroom provides comfortable shower, bidet, wash machine, hairdresser, shower gel, towel and all guests could need. It provides equipped kitchen, too. Uses or tram from/to Venice are available. 24h.
The host is Lisa, who had lived in the apartment until two years ago. She loves Venice, where she was born and she can help you during your stay in Venice, by giving you good suggestions as an "insider" can do.
Viale San Marco is a quiet quarter in Mestre, which is the modern part of Venice. It is a "green" place, because of San Giuliano park, which lies at the beginning of the street. This quarter is a safe area of the city with many cafes and restaurants
