Beautiful apt. with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms located on the 1st floor (without elevator, 20 steps), short distance from Piazza Maggiore. This flat of 90 sqm was completely renovated in 2019 and is equipped with high quality fittings, A/C and fast fiber optic internet connection. The Apple TV of 37" allows you to connect to your Netflix account. A Bluetooth BOSE speaker completes the entertainment equipment. In the living room, the furniture includes a sofa convertible into a double bed (140 x 200 cm), 2 matching chairs and an extendable table for 6 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric oven and a gas stove. The master bedroom overlooks the picturesque church of Holy Spirit and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has another double bed and a niche to store your things. The main bathroom can be accessed from the living room and is equipped with a built-in shower, while the 2nd is at the end of the corridor of the sleeping area and is also equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The flat is located in a historic building a stone’s throw from Piazza Maggiore and all the most important monuments of the city. The flat is located near the lively Mercato delle Erbe, a short walk from Palazzo Ghisilardi, home of the Medieval Civic Museum. A walk through the center will lead you to discover points of great historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the famous Teatro dell’Opera Comunale, the characteristic Jewish ghetto, the Garisenda and the Asinelli towers (just 2 minutes on foot). Via dell’Indipendenza, the most famous shopping street in Bologna, is about 200 m. away. The quadrilateral of alleys next to Piazza Maggiore, with its nucleus in Via Pescherie Vecchie, has many local food and wine shops. PARKING: The apt. is located within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and an access-ticket is required. You may park in the street, on the places indicated with blue stripes, free of charge on Sundays and every night from 20:00 to 8:00; and upon payment (red parking meter) during the day. Otherwise, the closest private garage is located in Piazza Galileo 5, where you can fill out a form and get access to the ZTL.
