There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli. The beach below has a much reduced size compared to the first photograph. the sea has changed the conformation. The apartment has a southern exposure, which ensures excellent sun exposure even in the less warm months. On sunny days it is possible to have lunch on the terrace even in December. The house is surrounded by nature, you will not be disturbed by the noise of cars or trains but you can be lulled by the sound of the sea. The Arenella beach, which is located below the house is divided into equipped and free, a few meters from it is the Duca beach, Zoagli's main beach, and numerous cliffs. A few minutes' walk takes you to the charming Pietra di Luna beach club, which has a swimming pool overlooking the sea (open from June to September). From the apartment you can reach The center of Zoagli through the sea promenade in about 5 minutes on foot. Zoagli is equipped with all services: bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist ... Zoagli is connected by the railway line, thanks to which you can easily reach Portofino (20 MINUTES ) and Cinque Terre (50 MINUTES)

The castle located near the apartment will occasionally host events during the year 2025. Music could be heard until midnight. Right now the garbage cans that can be used when the bins in the house are full of garbage are not located very close to the apartment. The municipality of Zoagli is trying to solve this problem. The beach below may be smaller than in the photographs, the waves change its shape during the year. You can see the current size of the beach in the last 4 photographs of the Booking listing. During the summer, the part of the beach to the right of the blue boat is owned by the restaurant on the beach, and umbrellas and sun loungers can be hired. The parking area is 2.4 metres wide, 5.0 metres long and 2.07 metres high. Particularly large cars cannot be parked there. The closest place to the apartment reachable by car for loading and unloading luggage is located in the parking area, it is 150 meters away, there are 5 flights of stairs along the way. The flat is not air-conditioned but each room is equipped with a fan. The train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, there are a few flights of stairs along the way. On the day of arrival it is recommended to stop at Rapallo or Chiavari train station and reach Zoagli by cab. Walking the distance from Zoagli train station to the apartment with suitcases can be tiring.
