This property consists of two separate apartments located in an incredibly peaceful area, just 2 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and 3 km from Pisa Airport. Whether you're visiting for tourism or work, our location offers both convenience and tranquility, with free on-site parking available. The first apartment features two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. It also includes 1 bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The second apartment has one bedroom (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), accommodating up to 4 guests. It includes 1 bathroom and a living area with an electric stove and small electric oven. The property is located within a horse-riding center, so you'll have the unique opportunity to experience the beauty of this world up close.

In the surroundings you will find all kinds of shops, a post office, a municipal pharmacy, some supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, thriving horse riding activities, the San Rossore Park racecourse but also sports areas where you can practice tennis and rowing. The Pisa Tennis Club is a short distance away and has clay courts and the riding stables are a short distance away and you can practice equestrian activities and have fun on horseback in the San Rossore Park.
