Live a unique experience in trulli immersed in an unspoiled countryside. Ideal for those looking for an oasis for relaxation and meditation, a happy corner where children can play in nature and a strategic place where you can quickly reach the main tourist resorts. You will fall in love at first sight! The group of trulli is an independent house that guarantees maximum privacy, it is made up of three cones and a lamia, has a dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a large garden of about 800 square meters, with a well-kept lawn and three large open spaces, one of which is near a lush Mediterranean scrub. Relax under the typical oak trees or under the splendid olive trees, centuries-old and majestic trees! The group of trulli is about 80 square meters and comfortably accommodates two adults and two children / teenagers, with its two bedrooms, one double and one for children / teenagers with a bunk bed. The Trulli Gemma are equipped with a kitchen with stove, oven, espresso machine, crockery and various kitchen utensils, fridge and dishwasher. In the dining room there is a table, a fireplace and a TV. In the bathroom there is a large shower, a washing machine and everything you need for the hygiene and well-being of the guest. In the living room there are two armchairs and a TV. In the entire house there is wi-fi and heating with fireplace. There is no air conditioning because typically the trulli are very cool houses!! Outside there are three large squares, with table, chairs and big umbrella, where you can relax, shelter from the sun and have meals surrounded by nature. There is also a large private parking lot with two parking spaces inside the structure. The Trulli Gemma is accessed by a private road with a gate. There are no architectural barriers in the structure and the whole house is located on one level.

The Trulli Gemma are located in a strategic area as they are located: • about 9 km from the center of Monopoli with its wonderful historic center and its beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea. Blue Flag 2025; • about 8 km from the Castellana Grotte, with its 3,300 meters of caves. UNESCO World Heritage Site; • about 14 km from the Trulli of Alberobello. UNESCO World Heritage Site; • about 18 km from the center of Polignano, the city of Domenico Modugno, with its splendid cliffs overlooking the sea. Blue Flag 2025; • about 46 km from the center of Ostuni, the panoramic city par excellence where every house is a belvedere; • about 55 km from the center of Bari. The Trulli Gemma, in addition to being located in a central area with respect to the main places of interest, is located a few km from the highway "Strada Statale 16", which allows you to quickly reach Lecce and Salento. There are: fire extinguisher, smoke and Co2 detector, first aid kit. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are not allowed.
