The 75 m² property consists of a living room with two foldable beds, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A crib is available for an extra fee. The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family. Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property. 2 fans: ceiling fan and portable fan. Guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden and an outdoor shower.
