The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one double for sweet nights of rest and one with a bunk bed, ideal for younger children or those who like a touch of adventure. The open kitchen is compact but complete, equipped with everything you need, including a microwave oven for preparing quick and tasty meals. The living area with dining table and sofa offers a warm and convivial atmosphere, while the bathroom, with hair dryer and soap included, provides convenience and practicality. 🌄 The view from the balcony? Picture-postcard! Behold the majestic Cermis, which provides unforgettable scenery in both winter and summer. In front of the house you'll also find a lovely courtyard, perfect for moments of outdoor relaxation. Mountain lovers will appreciate the location: just a 5-minute drive from the Cermis ski lifts, it's an ideal starting point for days in the snow or hiking through the woods. If, on the other hand, you prefer to stay in the surrounding area, reserved outdoor PARKING and an enclosed ski and boot room make every move easy and stress-free. 🛏️ Important note: BED AND TOILET LINEN is not included, but is available upon request at the time of booking for a small extra charge of 14 euros per person, per stay.
