The living room has a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a TV, perfect for relaxing moments. The dining room is spacious, with a table and chairs, an armchair, a sofa, and a comfortable desk, ideal for meals and moments of work or study. The fully equipped kitchen directly overlooks the dining room, allowing easy interaction during meal preparation. An internal staircase (nine steps) leads to the mezzanine floor, where there is a large bathroom with a shower. Climbing another seven steps, you reach the upper floor, which houses two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds. From here, there is access to a large terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Next to the house, a gate leads to the courtyard, where you can safely park your car. Privat Parking inside court
