Studio Cobalto is an elegant 25sqm studio located in Via Farsaglia, in the Calvairate district, a few steps from Porta Romana and well connected to the IED and Bocconi.
Ideal for students and professionals, the flat has been recently renovated and furnished with designer furniture to ensure comfort and functionality.
Bright and cosy, Studio Cobalto is equipped with air conditioning and many other amenities. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a 1970s building; there is no lift, and there are a few steps to climb to get to the flat (about 8).
Spaces and Equipment:
- Sleeping and living area: The flat has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a spacious wardrobe for storing clothes and personal items, and a smart TV (no aerial, only Wi-Fi connection) for relaxing moments.
- Kitchenette: Modern and functional, equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and a counter table for two with high stools.
- Bathroom: Stylish and practical, with a large walk-in shower and a washing machine.
