Spacious apartment in Valsassina with a large terrace, located in the charming village of Barzio. With a capacity for up to 6 guests, it is perfect as a base for outdoor activities enthusiasts. Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, it offers ample parking space and is close to the sports center of Barzio, equipped with tennis courts, soccer fields, and playgrounds for children. You step into a spacious living area with a cozy sofa, TV corner, dining table, and access to a private terrace. The kitchen, separate and recently renovated, is fully equipped. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed. An additional single bed, stored beneath the single bed, can be placed in the living area. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The guests have exclusive access to all the areas of the apartment including the terrace. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is an elevator.

Costituita da villette e piccoli condomini inseriti in ampi contesti di verde, è la zona ideale per chi vuole vivere in una zona tranquilla e tipicamente montana.
