A home of beauty, SIGIHOME3 is the holiday home that each of us hopes to find. A delight of symmetries and style, where the senses align on a state of absolute harmony. The property is located in Gioia del Colle, a quiet and charming town that stands on the top of a hill at 360m above sea level, located in the southern part of the MURGE halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea in a strategic position because it is in the center between the provinces of BARI and TARANTO, and also a few kilometers from the VALLE D'ITRIA, ALBEROBELLO and its Trulli, MONOPOLI, OSTUNI, POLIGNANO, FASANO and its forest, and the beautiful SASSI of MATERA. The thing that positively distinguishes SIGIHOME3 is that it is located a few steps from the center of the town, the station, the motorway junction and the stops of the countless buses that serve the city to reach nearby locations. The landscape is characterized by large wooded areas that extend from the archaeological area of ​​Monte Sannace. The current town of Gioia del Colle was built around a castle of Byzantine origins, the NORMAN SWABIAN CASTLE. The name GIOIA DEL COLLE derives from Joha, a reduction of the surname Joannakis, a Byzantine family present in these places in the Middle Ages, but there are many opinions and even legends about the origin of the toponym. One of the most famous tells that a noblewoman traveling in the area lost some jewels including a beautiful and very precious necklace. The place where the necklace was found was given the name "Gioia del Colle".
