All this will happen with ease and satisfaction, also thanks to the precious advice that we will not miss and the convenient choice of the best means of transport with which you can easily get around (the private and free parking is under the house, the bus stops every 30 minutes, the railway stations of Pontetto, Pieve Ligure and Bogliasco are respectively 200, 400 and 800 metres). After a few days, however, you will confess to us that the best thing will have been enjoying the house and its immediate surroundings. Breakfasts on the terrace, relaxing at sunset, swimming in the sea in sight from home without having to move the car; if you are looking for all this you have found the solution for you. Making people feel good makes me feel good. Sharing the thousand little secrets of my land and my sea, which I have known rock by rock ever since I spent every possible day on my rowing boat as a child - the first was my first communion gift, at 8 years old - is the greatest satisfaction. In this house I met Daniela, 41 years ago, who still tolerates me today and helps me manage the hospitality. Perhaps this is also why I am particularly fond of her, perhaps this is also why I will try to make you fond of her. and to make you return, as friends and no longer as "guests". We will thus be able to share some of my thousand hobbies, mostly sporting: we will be able to organize an outing on a sailing boat, a trek on Monte di Portofino, a canoe, bicycle, MBK ride or even - my dream - an off-piste skiing on the Monte Rosa!!!

Without a doubt, people come to Pieve for the sea. Camogli, Portofino, Le 5 Terre are the most popular destinations; the beaches of Bogliasco and Sori, the cliffs of Pieve and the closest and most comfortable bathrooms. Reaching them is quick and easy, especially thanks to the buses that stop every half hour right outside the house and the trains that take you even where it is impossible to reach by car (5 Terre). My dispassionate advice, however, is to come and discover these places in winter, when crowding is a distant memory, the heat is not oppressive but you might find yourself wanting to take a bath in Natele and sunbathe in a bathing suit in the middle of February . Furthermore, my warmest invitation is to turn your back to the sea and dedicate some time to priceless walks in our mountains: obviously starting from Monte di Portofino, an inextricable network of paths with breathtaking views - via ferratas included, with ropes fixed and ladders for the bravest - with which to reach S. Fruttuoso, Punta Chiappa or Portofino, but without forgetting the hills just above the house - Monte di Santa Croce, Cornua, Becco - the forts of Genoa - Diamante, Begato, Richelieu, Puin etc.etc. - or the Beigua, Capanne di Marcarolo (Piani di Praglia - Gorzente Lakes) or Antola parks with their stages of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri are equally fascinating and unique compared to our coasts!
