You will be contacted a few days before your checkin so that you can provide us with your arrival time and arrange an appointment with the key manager. Even after your checkin we will be at your disposal for any needs.

Cosy and bright flat located in the San Marco district, a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge and not far from the main museums and the most important sights of Venice, but situated in a small and quiet street, just a few steps from Calle Larga XX Marzo, the fashion street, where the great designers have their most beautiful shop windows! An ideal and strategic location to start discovering Venice! Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules: at your arrival you will be asked your valid ID and to sign the short rental touristic agreement. Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, checkin standard time is between 1pm and 7:30 pm; you will be contacted a few days before your checkin so that you can provide us with your arrival time and arrange an appointment with the key manager. Even after your checkin we will be at your disposal for any needs. Dear Guest, We regret having to make this note, but due to the disrespectful behavior of some travelers, we must highlight the following: - Please do not use the towels for removing makeup or cleaning shoes. - Please do not leave dirty dishes or glasses in the sink. - Please dispose of trash as specified in the instructions. We are embarrassed to have to emphasize these basic rules of civility, but there have been very unpleasant incidents that have forced us to seek damages. We know this does not apply to you, as the majority of travelers are respectful. Thank you for your understanding.
